Bill Granger visits the Wayside kitchen

SEE US ON THE GOOD FOOD CHANNEL Thursday 2nd December 8pm.

“Bills Tasty weekends” Australian restaurateur and TV chef BILL GRANGER visited The Vale of Evesham in August and challenged Elspeth to a Chutney making competition. After picking plums from the Vale Landscape Heritage Trust, Bill came to the Wayside Farm Shop kitchen to make his own version of Plum Chutney, whilst Elspeth made her special onion and plum marmalade renamed “ BILLS CHALLENGE CHUTNEY”.

Is Elspeth triumphant?  Does Bill take the title?  To see the outcome of the challenge tune in on the 2nd December at 8pm on the Good Food Channel.
